Although related to HDFS-142, TestAppend4 is an ongoing suite of unit tests
we're trying to tailor to the HBase use case. TestAppend4 is currently
revealing other bugs, so some of the code is commented out. We're working on
fixing the other bugs and will update the Test file when we fix them.
