Hi Sanjay/Konstantin,
Thanks for the comments and questions. I didn't originally anticipate writing a
design doc inline, but you know, fingers started typing and a few pages later
it was a very long JIRA comment :) I'll do another rev to address your
questions as well as flesh out the BN and Upgrade bits, and upload it as an
attachment here some time tomorrow.
