I think the fsck output can have two sections, one for the blocks that
satisfying the specified policy and one for the others. E.g.

Blocks satisfy the specified policy:
Storage Policy # of blocks % of blocks
hot(DISK:3) 340730 97.7393%
hot(DISK:4) 3928 1.1268%
frozen(ARCHIVE:3) 3122 0.8956%
Blocks DO NOT satisfy the specified policy:
Storage Policy # of blocks % of blocks
DISK:3 44 0.0126%
DISK:1,ARCHIVE:2 30 0.0086%
ARCHIVE:3 9 0.0026%
