Hudon's too slow. Manually ran tests. TestFileConcurrentReader and
TestFiHFlush fail on trunk for me as well. TestFileAppend4, TestBlockToken and
TestJspHelper all pass for me with the patch (this is known behavior Kan's
looking into). I'm going to commit the patch.
