Hi Jack,

Thanks for your update. It sounds great. I'm sorry I'm running out of 
bandwidth. I guess others could also help review this. Meanwhile, you may also 
think about the higher level, {{ErasureCoder}}, where we also need 
corresponding constructs that encode/decode a block group in the whole. Please 
run your tasks in parallel if it helps. Thanks.
