on zipkin stuff. Instead, we should link to the upstream HTrace documentation
about setting up span receivers.
Sure. It also pointed to old repository (github.com/cloudera/htrace). I removed
the zipkin subsection and added some info to SpanReceiver section.
I also removed trailing whitespaces in 003.
