The v0 patch moves the tests of libhdfs into the {{libhdfs-tests}} directory.
It also moves {{hdfs.h}} (which is the only public include file) to
{{libhdfs/include/hdfs}} so that other modules can only put {{hdfs.h}} into its
include path.
