Thanks [~jojochuang] for working on this! The test changes are correct since we
decide to remove the use of deprecated old umask key in {{getUMask}} in
HADOOP-12294.
The failed unit tests are not related. {{TestDecayRpcScheduler}} is flaky.
If possible could you also help remove the line {code} int oldUmask =
conf.getInt(DEPRECATED_UMASK_LABEL, Integer.MIN_VALUE); {code} in {{getUMask}} ?
Otherwise, +1(non-binding) on the latest patch
