This passes fine on my local Docker instance with this patch (it wasn't before 
the patch).

[~aw] - Is there any way to capture the output artifacts (notably the 
LastTest.log file) from CI runs, or is the volume too high on the Apache 
servers?  I can start hacking the patches to dump more to the console, but 
getting the actual errors out would be a big help in tracking this down.
