Too address Jakob's point, how about defining something like 
HADOOP_SECURE_DN_USER_OPTS_ENV (eg similar to HADOOP_NAMENODE_OPTS_ENV) so that 
we don't cut-copy-paste around env vars if we add another similar message? 
Mentioning jsvc seems fine as it's a core part of how the DNs are now run.
