[~arpitagarwal] thank you for cleaning up all ozone tests. I am so glad to see
that ozone tests are now using MiniOzoneCluster instead of MiniDFSCluster. This
was a work item in my list. I appreciate you taking care of that.
Overall the code looks great, one minor comment.
# {{OzoneClientUtils.java:116}} has a debug tag in the log message which you
might want to remove.
