I just uploaded 003 patch, this patch includes following updates
* Record last heartbeat and block report time in BPServiceActor
* Add last heartbeat and block report time in actor state table on DN UI
* Use relative time and human readable format to display the time, for block
report time, it shows from "a few seconds", "a minute", "n minutes", "n hours"
...
The screen shot on latest trunk is [^dn_web_ui.003.jpg] Please let me know if
this looks good, thanks
