I have one question about my own patch and don't have much knowledge to answer 
it yet:
If checkpoint happens and satisfying storage doesn't take effect on the inode, 
at this time, namenode is restarted, 
then the inode has the satisfy xattr but is not added to the movement queue. 
How can we deal with this situation? 
I have been searching FsImage loader and didn't find some related code, do you 
have any suggestion?
