Today this test case is always failing to me, it looks like the
{{XceiverServer#start()}} in {{OzoneContainer}} needs quite sometime to start,
it needs 5s approximately on my mac. Can we increase the timeout in the waitFor
to make sure it gets enough time to run?
And the code block to run state machine thread seems to better replaced by
{{DatanodeStateMachine.initStateMachine}}.
I've consolidate this 2 points in a patch. Please let me know if it makes
sense. Thanks
