Now I added the test case to TestDFSStripedOutputStreamWithFailure, however, 
it's not good because the test case will be run in the existing subclasses. I'm 
not sure where to add. Now I'm thinking it's good to add a subclass to ignore 
the test case and modify the other existing subclasses to extend the subclass. 
That way we can easily add test cases to TestDFSStripledOuputStream without any 
effect on the existing subclasses.
