Thanks [~anu] for the review and the comments! Post v005 patch to display a
hint message when missing the command file config instead of throwing an
exception. Also, previous patches were missing the change to hdfs script, added
in v005 patch as well.

This sounds a very good extension, thanks! Will track this in another JIRA
bq. read the json file and add the commands to the Options
I thought of this too, but it seemed a bit tricky with the Options class. Will
need to continue looking closer on how to do this.
