Second, 'almost done' version.

I refactored the Getting Started guide:

 * I added different methods to run ozone cluster (1. docker + predefined 
image, 2. docker + build from source, 3. shell script + pre-built release (will 
be useful after the 3.1 release) 4. build from source + shell script 
 * I moved out the configuration to a separated page and provided just the 
minimal configuration for every use case

TODO:
 * Test it with on OSX
 * Read all the GettingStarted instructions against and test the commands
 * Add the new file to the site menu
