Thanks [~anu] for the suggestion, I have uploaded v1 patch. Tested on a
cluster, it works fine. When the cluster is in chill mode, the status on SCM UI
looks like [^chillmode_status.png], and when it gets out of chill mode, it
looks like [^outchillmode_status.png]. Please kindly review, thanks.
