Thanks [~linyiqun] for the comments, I tackled most of them in
[^HDFS-13043.002.patch].
I'm not sure about the version for the data though. I'm OK with the one for the
mount table but for the membership, it may make more sense to leave it as
seconds since; this is pretty much what the NN shows with the DNs (time since
last heartbeat).
