Hey [~csun] I don't think we should target ZK failover for this jira. If manual
failover works to any node it is great. But even that is not a requirement for
this issue. I would suggest to handle HA issues in a separate jira.
We should gradually introduce new functionality with smaller patches. If a
change is too big split it into smaller work items.
