Some minors:
* For the table dfs.federation.router.file.resolver.client.class, would be
better to wrap the classes by character `, same as the
dfs.federation.router.store.serializer one.
* "The subclusters in RBF are not required to be the independent HDFS
clusters, a normal federation cluster or a mixed federation cluster is also
allowed." This one looks confused.. you mean the underlying subclusters can
also be the original HDFS federation (with multiple pools)?
