Makes sense, was assuming that was the context, just wanted to double check 
because I didn't see other jiras that would remove the other remaining refs. 

Out of curiosity, how big is your typical Configuration object? Ie how much 
memory will a typical client save once Configuration becomes a short-lived 
class?
