Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
To test:
1. Do a full build (with -Phdsl)
2. Do a mvn install -Psrc (the src tar file in hadoop-dist/target/ won't
include the ozone/dsl files)
3. Do a mvn install -Phdsl-src (additional source tar will be created with hdsl
source)
