I've executed

dev-support/bin/test-patch --run-tests HDFS-13176-branch-2.04.patch >
HDFS-13176-branch-2_yetus.log 2>&1{code}
on my local system and uploaded the [^HDFS-13176-branch-2_yetus.log]
The failing unit tests seem to be unrelated.
