Íñigo Goiri commented on HDFS-13369: ------------------------------------ Not sure what's the best approach. In principle I would go for a fix to {{RequestHedgingProxyProvider}} instead of fixing FSCK. In any case, [^HDFS-13369.001.patch] is just by-passing the issue, not solving it. This is equivalent to disabling the {{RequestHedgingProxyProvider}}, you could just set the client at the beginning of the test to be the configured failover one and you would get the same behavior. > FSCK Report broken with RequestHedgingProxyProvider > ---------------------------------------------------- > > Key: HDFS-13369 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13369 > Project: Hadoop HDFS > Issue Type: Bug > Components: hdfs > Affects Versions: 2.8.3 > Reporter: Harshakiran Reddy > Assignee: Ranith Sardar > Priority: Major > Attachments: HDFS-13369.001.patch > > > Scenario:- > 1.Configure the RequestHedgingProxy > 2. write some files in file system > 3.
