Spoke with [~shv] offline about how to proceed forward. We agreed that we would
tackle serialization optimization in next JIRA and that the approach would be
to shift the logic of setupResponse into that of doResponse through passing the
method parameters into the RpcCall itself.
I changed the name of the method createNonHaProxyWithAlignmentContext to
createProxyWithAlignmentContext as requested as well.
Regenerated and tested new .010 patch. Thanks [~shv].
