Removing lease repeatedly when client lease reach to hard limit ----------------------------------------------------------------

It did not write any byte to HDFS. After one hour, the NameNode aware that it need to close file and reclaim lease. Here have two steps for removing related lease: 1. FSNamesystem.finalizeINodeFileUnderConstruction 2. LeaseManager.checkLeases.
