Thanks for the reviews, [~linyiqun] and [~elgoiri]!

Uploaded the 5th patch completing the javadoc in RouterRpcClient and 
RouterRpcServer. Also uploaded the 1st patch for branch-2 that uses a try-catch 
block instead of LambdaTestUtils.
