[~ljain] Thank you! I have fixed the code comments.
Checkstyle: Ignoring "Avoid nested blocks" and "'block rcurly' has incorrect
indentation level 6" warning for "case ALLOWSNAPSHOT" and "case
DISALLOWSNAPSHOT" because previous code is written in the same style. Fixed the
rest of the checkstyle warnings.
Uploaded patch rev 004.
