bq. That is support the Node count also. It should be a trivial patch with our
current architecture.
These are similar ideas. We can have a startup option to the SCM that says wait
for x number of DataNodes, and the wait can be enforced using chill-mode. e.g.
_ozone sum --wait-for-datanodes=3_.
Couple of questions:
# Does the docker-compose setup support passing arbitrary parameters to start
SCM for different tests?
# How will the tests wait for chill-mode exit? Poll, sleep, and loop?
