Description: ChunkOutPutStreamEntry holds the info for the blocks which
needs to be wriiten down to Datanodes. This info can also be held in
KeyLocationInfo list which will be used to updated the OM once the stream
closes. It does not serve much purpose here and hence can be removed. (was:
