Thanks [~ayushtkn] for the suggetion and thanks [~crh] for the reply and
posting the patch.
I'm thinking we need to make more than one successive slashes to one. For
example, "//tmp///tmp2//" should be modified to "/tmp/tmp2".
I'll upload the patch later.
