Much simpler version since, with HADOOP-7693 and HDFS-2383, AvroRpcEngine now
handles multiple protocols that have overlapping methods and only has issues
with a single protocol that has multiple methods of the same name (as would
protobuf or Thrift). So the only cases that now need to be addressed by this
patch are ClientProtocol#rename and #delete.
