[~elek] Your proposal is to make more intelligent logic in Ozone configuration
file for environment variable substitution to occur. This approach may not
work on all configuration files. For example, Kerberos realm may occur in
multiple places including /etc/krb5.conf, ozone-site.xml and maybe jaas config.
The proposal may still need to have ability to write environment variables
into static config files.
