Description:
e2e flow so a bucket owner /admin can execute a command to exercise Right to
Erasure and delete all items in the GDPR enforced bucket.
This action is required to be audited.
If the command is invoked on a non-gdpr enforced bucket, it must exit out
immediately with appropriate message.
