After checking, the current Router does not have the concept of the local
namespace.
I think we need to wire this information all the way to the creation of the
RouterRpcServer and get the namespace from there.

That one exposes the ids of the subclusters right?
Currently we show the cluster ids and the block pools ids.
Maybe we want to expose also the namespace.
