{{shellcheck.sh}} gives the following error (but works fine otherwise):

hadoop-ozone/dev-support/checks/shellcheck.sh: line 23: : No such file or
directory
...

This happens because {{OUTPUT_FILE}} variable is undefined:

echo "" > "$OUTPUT_FILE"
{code}
The command can be removed.
