hadoop.hdfs.qjournal.server.TestJournalNodeSync
hadoop.hdfs.server.blockmanagement.TestUnderReplicatedBlocks
hadoop.hdfs.server.datanode.TestBlockScanner
Those failed unit tests are unrelated to the change.
