Thanks for reporting issue and opening the PR, [~fuchaohong]
The description is confusing though. The mentioned behavior in the description
should have been validated by the existing tests, whereas the test code
validates the behavior of the subdirectory created after adding ec policy to
its parent directory.
I just want to make sure this is the only bug and that nothing else is
accidentally missing in the PR.
