Also, per [this page|http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/HowToContribute], all
patches should be named with the JIRA number, and if it's intended for a branch
that's not trunk, the branch name should be appended. So, the appropriate name
for these patches should be "HDFS-2805-HDFS-1623.patch"
