Reran the existing `Build` workflow on the current head again. The latest
fork-side rerun hit the shared `Run / Test hdfs-rbf (Java 17) ubuntu_24-trunk`
lane, while `Apache Yetus` and `pr-merge` on this head are green. No code
changes in this update.
