I think it can be INFO/WARN, but not ERROR (it isn't that very severe) nor 
DEBUG (hard to see if clients are misbehaving in this case). Thoughts Andy? 
Should we really make it DEBUG?

Also, can we check and lower a write-side ERROR message if one exists for a 
similar case (reading data from client timing out)?
