Thanks for working on this, will definitely help maintain compatibility.
- Patch needs to be updated on the latest hdfs-3113 patch
- BaseTestHttpFSWith could use another rev, eg testCreate silently ignores
IOEs, Assert#fail have no error message, no javadoc on the test indicating what
it's testing (eg test accessing a file created with X with all WebHDFS protocol
FS clients)
- Bunch of commented out lines
- Nit s/getServed/getProxied/ would be more clear since HttpFs is a proxy
