Unfortunately, our Jenkins infrastructure doesn't yet have support for binary
patches (see HADOOP-8291). So TestDFSUpgradeFromImage fails here because
Jenkins failed to create the hadoop1-bbw.tgw file that was needed by the test.
The other two test failures, TestDatanodeBlockScanner and
TestFileConcurrentReader, are unrelated to the patch.
