Update the patch:
1. Rebase the patch based on HDFS-4126,
2. In FSNamesystem#finalizeINodeFileUnderConstruction, with the existence of
snapshot, we need to record an INodeFileUnderConstructionSnapshot instance in
the corresponding snapshot.
3. Update the new unit test to cover different scenarios.
