Thanks again for the explanation on the js.  I agree that it makes sense to 
check in a specific version of the whole library.  There could be some kind of 
coupling between the css and the js, such as code relying on particular css 
class names.  If we try to piece together files later, then we risk picking an 
incompatible combination and introducing bugs.

I think I understand the whole approach now, so I'll be able to code review the 
next revision.
