Hi Nicholas, a while back myself and others put a lot of work into converting
all of the docs from XDOC to APT so that we could have consistent
implementation and visuals of the HDFS docs. This is also consistent with what
YARN and Common have done as well with their docs. We should not start moving
back to the world in which we have a mix of XDOC and APT docs.
