Description:
Currently datanode supports only single QOP.
The feature makes data node listen on two ports for RPC and streaming.
One RPC port supports only authentication , other RPC port supports privacy.
Similarly one streaming port supports only authentication , other streaming
port supports encryption in addition to authentication.
Please see HADOOP-9709 for general requirements.
