I agree, this should not be a blocker. This is a nice thing to add (I was 
conflating the dfsclusterhealth and the dfshealth pages in my previous comment) 
but we should not hold up any release waiting for this issue to be fixed, 
particularly since: a) the active/standby state is already on the dfshealth 
page, and b) there is no "browse the file system" link on the dfshealth page of 
a standby NN.
