Resolution: Duplicate
I'm resolving this as a duplicate of HADOOP-10220. I just confirmed that the
web UI is displaying '+' for files and directories that have an ACL. We got
this change for free when we added the ACL bit to {{FsPermission}} in
HADOOP-10220, because the UI uses {{FsPermission#toString}}.
